What is our warranty satisfaction

• If at the time that you receive your order, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, at your option, you may return it at that specified moment without charge for you. Even more, at your option, may change it for another product that will be in accordance with your expectations, or you may claim your money back.
• You may also accept our product and test it for a term of no longer that 5 days. If you don’t feel as to accept it yet, you may return it. In this case we will charge you $50.00 for the return plus 10% of the total value of the returned item for restocking
• You should keep the mattress or mattress set in its original package in good conditions, without stain, cuts, tear or soil as a condition for the returns mentioned above.

• If we have to pick up a mattress or mattress set for warranty claim the following conditions will apply:
  
  • A fee of $ 30.00 will be charged at the time of pick up
  • A fee of $ 30.00 will be charge at the time of redelivery
  • We will take up to fives working days for fixing or replacement a mattress or mattress set
  • At our customers options and at no cost the mattress or mattress set may be brought in to our factory.
