Warranty Satisfaction

In GLOBAL BED PRODUCTS we have a great commitment with our customers. We value your acceptance and satisfaction. We comply with the highest quality and warranty standards to satisfy our customer expectations. Our goal is to provide you an excellent, honest and transparent service.

What is our warranty satisfaction

• If at the time that you receive your order, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, at your option, you may return it at that specified moment without charge for you. Even more, at your option, may change it for another product that will be in accordance with your expectations, or you may claim your money back.
• You may also accept our product and test it for a term of no longer that 5 days. If you don’t feel as to accept it yet, you may return it. In this case we will charge you $50.00 for the return plus 10% of the total value of the returned item for restocking
• You should keep the mattress or mattress set in its original package in good conditions, without stain, cuts, tear or soil as a condition for the returns mentioned above.
