Product Warranty
With your selection of any of our products you have decided to join all the people that today sleep on a high quality mattress manufactured by GLOBAL BED PRODUCTS. It is our mission to work toward our customer expectation by honoring our warranty to their satisfaction. Our products are covered to the original purchaser by our warranty against manufacturing defects. We will fix any piece covered by warranty at no cost of parts and labor to the customer, however if the piece can not be fixed we will replace it. A five working days will take for fixing and redelivering. At customers option we can fix the mattress or mattress set the same day if the piece or pieces is brought in to our factory before 11:00 AM of the selected day (customer should contact us in advance by telephone). If the customer buy a mattress set and we fix or replace one piece this does not mean that the other piece have to be replaced if it is in good conditions, neither it means that the warranty will be extended. In case of replacement of one piece we can not assure that it will match in color or fabrics to the other piece.
Warranty Exclusions
- Burn caused by: ironing on mattress, cigarettes or any other combustible material.
- Fabrics
- Cuts , tear, stain, soil
- Mattress without proper foundation (a mattress should be used with a high quality foundation designed by GLOBAL or a strong and rigid platform).
- Loose quilted stitches
- Body impressions up to one and a half inch on the top of mattress
- Cost of transportation for removal caused by warranty claim.
How to make warranty claim
To be more efficient to our customers GLOBAL have designed an online warranty claim form through which all our service will be processed. AT our customers option the product may be brought in to our plant for inspection, evaluation, fixing or replacement as determined by our administration. You should take photos of your mattress or box since it might help us to determine the problem.
